Spring Registration

Check out our new online registration portal! Register for the season, request new uniforms, and pay right online!

Visit "Programs & Forms", then "Spring 2020 Season Information" for all the details.

Once you are registered, please visit the "forms" section of our website to complete the medical release, and concussion forms. These completed forms can be e-mailed to: [email protected], or bring with your child to the evaluation on January 26th.
