Portland Soccer Cub Inc, (PSC) is organized exclusively for charitable, educational, religious, or scientific purposes within the meaning of section 501(c) (3) of the Internal Revenue Code. 

The purposes of the PSC are to: 
Promote, encourage, and improve the standard of soccer at all levels within the community and develop a clear succession between the different soccer programs, building up to the high school soccer program. 
Provide a forum for discussion of issues relevant to the needs of the game, its participants and fans.
Promote public and community awareness of soccer through the dissemination of information and coordination of activities between all soccer organizations.
Administer fundraisers to raise and disburse funds for the direct benefit of soccer programs. 
Assist in acquiring material resources and coordinating volunteers for the delivery of services to maximize the benefits for all soccer players. 
To work toward instilling the highest ideals of good sportsmanship, honesty, courage, and discipline within all Portland soccer programs, for the overall betterment of local youth and development into better citizens.
